widget |'wijit| n. informal
Small visual utilities that plug into a platform and do, well, something.
Widgets are hard to define but easy to use. We publish them so you can have your R-U-ON data
easily accessible without logging in using the browser. They are also really cool and fun to develop.
Download the widget that works for your platform and "widgetize" your R-U-ON experience.

When docked, the Vista Gadget is our smallest,
squeezing nicely into the narrow Sidebar. If you have some more
screen "real-estate" available, undock it for a more spacious view of your
data.
You can configure the gadget to show Alarms, Agents or Tickets.
(you can deploy more than one instance).

The beautiful Mac widget can show Alarms, Agents or Tickets,
additional details on click, supports grouping, resizing and multiple instances.
It Growls. It also has the words "Don't Worry" inscribed in large friendly letters on the lower
left corner.

Google calls them Gadgets and we have three of them. One displays
Alarms, another your list of installed Agents and their state and
the third displaying Tickets.
The gadgets blend nicely with the Google Desktop and support
all the standard features a Google Gadget can support.
