R-U-ON™ is a hosted, IT monitoring solution, providing service to thousands of businesses
and individuals around the world.
Monitoring R-U-ON assists you in monitoring and managing your IT resources - from servers and network connectivity to applications, standard or proprietary. Because R-U-ON is an open platform, you can actually monitor anything that comes to mind (we hooked up a coffee machine, top that). In case of resource failure, the R-U-ON application offers email or SMS notifications, web based monitoring screens, widgets and RSS feeds. Click here to learn more about how our monitoring system works . Basic Package Our basic package is a complete and free solution for effective management of small networks, supporting up to twenty servers. Stay on top of your disk, memory, processes and more with our comprehensive list of free agents. In addition to our free monitoring services we also offer the following premium services (detailed comparison and pricing, here). All premium services come with a 30 days, no-credit-card-needed, trial period. R-U-ON PRO Our professional package lets you scale to larger networks while introducing additional functionality needed to successfully monitor a complex, highly distributed, operation. The PRO features include:
R-U-ON Track The Track package is an issue management system, built on top of the successful R-U-ON platform. It is tightly integrated with the R-U-ON Alarms system so you can easily open tickets from alarms and manage their full life cycle. The Track package is also used to manage issues that are not alarm originated and is ideal for cross-organization issue reporting.
OEM You can use our open and free API layer (.NET, Java, C or XML/HTTP) to integrate your software or hardware products with the R-U-ON platform. The integration usually takes a couple of days and is made easy by the elegant libraries, reference implementations and free support we provide to agent developers. R-U-ON is used in two main profiles (and sometimes both):
